Noah Hiebert is an enterprising individual who has built an impressive career based on his own ambition. His venture began when he was just 17 years old, toiling alongside his father in the construction industry. However, after six and a half years of doing the same thing day after day, Noah became desirous of a more financially beneficial venture.
In the past few years, he has become highly familiar with the real estate market of Florida. Real estate became his focus, and the key to building substantial wealth lay in investing in properties. Utilizing his savings, he carefully and methodically made investments, buying and subsequently living in or selling certain properties in order to gain sizeable profits. He has not only established a number of successful investments in real estate, but is also a private investor in three distinct businesses.
Like everyone, Noah has his own journey and he’s following that path to greatness through overcoming life’s challenges. We wanted to know more about his story:
Think back on a defining moment in your life. How has that moment shaped you?
There are way too many to think of off the top of my head. If I had to choose from one of my own personal experiences in my field of work, it would be losing $10,000 in a failed investment. That truly opened my eyes to the risks that I would have to take in the business, and it really put my mentality to the test on whether or not I have what it takes to fully invest in myself or would give up and go find a “normal” job.
Do you have any habits that you feel contribute to your effectiveness?
I am extremely persistent and communicative. I never leave anyone in the dark about anything nor do I tell people what they want to hear just to make them feel good. I am very straightforward and I will push and persist until I get a yes or hung up on. Basically if I don’t get a “no” I will continue to pursue.
That’s a great quality not a lot of people carry! It sounds like you get the job done. What do you want people to know about you?
I want people to not just know me for what I do, but who I am. Since I was in my late teens, I have always tried to be the same person everywhere I went and keep it real with people. I show the same side of me to everyone and I do what I can to be a kind and respectful person to everyone I meet. From the janitor to the CEO, everyone gets the same kindness and respect.
What’s one reason you are passionate about your business or career path?
I love being a connector for people. It brings a satisfaction to me that I can’t quite explain, but get a very big serotonin boost off of it.
Who in your industry is your biggest influence?
I honestly have not put much thought into this nor do I really loom at anyone in this industry in that type of way. I go to people for help or advice but I have not yet really put somebody as an influence for me.
Do you have a favorite moment so far in your career?
Flipping my first house.
What’s next for you?
I have a lot of plans in the books, especially for the rest of this year. I’m not one to really talk ahead without having things in motion. I like to let my actions speak so that is something that people will have to wait and see.
