The Real Hustle Behind a Music Brand: How Monét Anaïs Turned the Artist Grind Into an Empire-Building Strategy

From Artist to Strategist

But Monét’s evolution hasn’t stopped at her own artistry. Through the process of self-reinvention, she became deeply knowledgeable in branding, marketing, and content strategy. That expertise has led her into leadership roles beyond music.

For the past three years, she has served as Director of Media Operations at Miezeer Media LLC, helping the company strengthen its digital presence and media strategy. More recently, she joined Dr. Keean’s Holistic Coaching as Director of Operations, where she is helping build infrastructure from the ground up, focusing on growth, monetization, and long-term sustainability.

“I’ve gotten so knowledgeable at marketing and branding that I’ve been able to build media structures not just for myself, but for companies,” she notes. “That’s the real hustle behind a brand — knowing how to grow, position, and monetize it.”

Eyes on the Future

While balancing executive roles, Monét continues to expand her artistic pursuits. Alongside her music releases, she has multiple film projects in development (though she’s keeping details under wraps for now) and is preparing to host the first holiday event for Artist Uncut, the indie music magazine she founded that’s becoming a hub for rising creatives.

For Monét, the dual path of artist and businesswoman isn’t just survival — it’s strategy. She’s no longer waiting for a break; she’s building one.

“Artists often think the music is enough,” she says. “But in today’s world, the brand is the music, the music is the brand — and if you’re not building both, you’re not building at all.”
