He has helped start up-businesses succeed from the ground up, and established companies propel their ventures to the next level by providing financing, market-savvy tools and know-how. A career that started with bagging groceries quickly catapulted him to being a successful financier, nabbing a variety of accolades.
After working in the banking industry for 10+ years, he had the opportunity to learn and participate in all aspects of finance, lending and management. His passion has always been to build great relationships with clients and provide value and assistance in whatever means. Nestor was recognized by JP Morgan Chase CEO “Jamie Dimon” nationally and featured on a national commercial involving customer experience. His last banking experience allowed him to develop strong financial centers and employees as an Assistant Vice President of offices where he also had the responsibility of managing high-net-worth clients and celebrities by moving billions of dollars.
At this point, though, he felt that his passion and skills far exceeded his current status, so he took the biggest risk of his life, quit his job as Assistant Vice President and went full-time into real estate. His first year in the business, he was recognized as a “Rookie of the Year” realtor selling over 15 million in real estate.
He founded his own brand, “Aguilar Premier Properties”. Since then he’s been featured on many top-producing realtor panels and traveled across the country to mentor other real estate professionals. Recently featured and interviewed by Focus TV Network on the “LA Home” show, he is also the founder and creator of a video series called “Premier Property Listings,” taking video marketing to the next level.
